The contents of 123 Matrimonials is contributed by its members "Members" and made available to the Members via Internet. As a Member you are solely responsbile for the contents of the information you publish on 123 Matrimonials and the interactions you carry on with other Members. 123 Matrimonials is not responsbile for any personal information you or any other Member may choose to disclose on this service. By registering with 123 Matrimonials you, hereby, verify that you are an adult (at least 18 years old) and understand that either you or 123 Matrimonials may terminate your membership for any reason. If you terminate the service, you will not be entitled to a refund or any unused portion of your contract (if applicable). By registering, you agree to abide by the 123 Matrimonials code of conduct and acknowledge the disclaimer below. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute or sell any information of 123 Matrimonials except the information that is in public domain or for which you have been given permission. You agree to indemnify and hold 123 Matrimonials, its officers, directors, agents, employees, assignees and third party contractors harmless from any and all claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of this service by you or any other person authorized or permitted by you to use the service. 123 Matrimonials reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to "Members". 123 Matrimonials shall not be liable to "Member" or any third party should 123 Matrimonials exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. |

123 Matrimonials does not verify the information posted by its Members and does not make any representation as to its reliability. 123 Matrimonials does not review contents of e-mail messages. 123 Matrimonials will not resolve any disputes between Members or disputes involving Members and Internet service providers or telephone companies. 123 Matrimonials has the right but no obligation to remove any offensive material posted. 123 Matrimonials's service relies on the performance of many third party service providers like telephone companies, Internet service providers, hardware providers and software contractors. 123 Matrimonials does not warrant that the system will be always operational, without delays or that transmissions will be secure. Accordingly it provides the service on an as is basis, without implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LAWS The AGREEMENT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, excluding its conflict of law provisions. "Member" and 123 Matrimonials agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New Jersey. If any provision(s) of the agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. 123 Matrimonials's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the agrement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by 123 Matrimonials in writing. "Member" and 123 Matrimonials agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. The section titles in the agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance. BY REGISTERING YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH THIS SERVICE IS OFFERED. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE PLEASE TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION IMMEDIATELY. |
